1. Order/Purchase Method
- The purchase is made through a payment link sent to the customer via email, after contacting the Hugo Madeira Clinic.
- The payment corresponds to a pre-booking of an assessment consultation, guaranteeing the client the right to schedule the service under the defined conditions.

- The payment corresponds to a pre-booking of an assessment consultation, guaranteeing the client the right to schedule the service under the defined conditions.
- After payment, the customer receives confirmation via email.
- The pre-booking is valid for 6 months from the date of payment.
- After this period has elapsed without an appointment, the pre-booking expires and cannot be used or refunded.
2. Available Payment Methods
The following online payment methods are available:
- ATM reference
- MB Way
- Credit / Debit Card
- Apple Pay
Payments are processed through Unicre, a certified entity for electronic payments.

3. Pricing
- The pre-booking fee is 50€
- All prices are shown in euros (€)
- Including VAT at the legal rate in force, where applicable
- They correspond to the value of the pre-booking of the selected service
Clínica Hugo Madeira reserves the right to change prices, without affecting payments already made.
4. Refund / Cancellation / Returns Policy
Pre-booking corresponds to a personalized clinical service that is subject to planning:
- No refunds are made, except in exceptional situations analyzed by Clínica Hugo Madeira
- If the clinic is unable to carry out the service, the amount paid will be refunded or converted into credit for another service, by agreement with the client.
- Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the clinic and the expiration date of the pre-booking.
5. Personal Data Protection
The following data is collected during the payment process:
- Name
- Phone
- Billing data
- Information needed to manage pre-bookings
The data are:
- Treated confidentially
- Stored in secure systems
- Used exclusively for administrative, clinical and legal purposes
The data is kept for the legally required period and only shared with:
- Payment entities
- Tax authorities
- Strictly necessary service providers
Data processing complies with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Transactional data is stored for a period of 2 years.
6. Entity responsible for alternative dispute resolution
The designated Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) entity is the Lisbon Consumer Conflict Arbitration Center – http://www.centroarbitragemlisboa.pt/.
